Clear responsibilities for B2B trade
Marketplace role
WatanPlus provides product discovery, supplier profiles, quotation tools, communication records, and optional facilitation. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, WatanPlus is not the buyer, seller, lender, carrier, customs broker, or payment processor.
Buyer and supplier responsibility
The parties must verify identity, authority, product quality, samples, quantities, price, payment instructions, delivery, insurance, customs, taxes, certificates, and legal compliance before trading.
Accurate listings
Suppliers must keep listings accurate and must not make false, misleading, prohibited, or unsupported claims. WatanPlus may reject, suspend, or remove listings and accounts.
No guaranteed transaction
Verification badges and reviews indicate completed marketplace checks but do not guarantee financing, payment, product performance, shipment, customs clearance, or transaction completion.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse contact information, send spam, impersonate others, upload malicious files, bypass security controls, or use WatanPlus for unlawful trade.
