Enquiries and confirmation
WatanPlus is the seller of record for its product offers. An enquiry, displayed price, account or provisional order is not a confirmed sale, procurement award or financing commitment. Our team checks product availability, customer contact, destination and commercial terms before confirming an order.
Final total and payment
The customer must approve the confirmed products, quantities, currency, delivery charges, timeframe and final total before payment is requested. Available payment methods are specified for the order. A payment return page is not evidence that money has been received; WatanPlus verifies provider or independently reconciled offline evidence.
Delivery and acceptance
Enquiries may be submitted from any province. Delivery is not guaranteed to every destination. Availability, lead time, installation, delivery responsibilities and acceptance arrangements are confirmed in writing for each order. Tell our team promptly about missing, incorrect or damaged goods and keep relevant delivery evidence.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact WatanPlus before returning goods or cancelling an agreed order. Applicable cancellation, return, warranty and refund conditions must be included in the written order terms before payment. Product inspection and payment reconciliation are separate processes. This website does not promise a universal return period, automatic refund or warranty; applicable rights and agreed terms remain relevant.
Service engagements
Procurement, sourcing, distribution and trade-facilitation services begin under written terms accepted by authorized parties. Clients retain responsibility for authority, budgets, approvals and acceptance unless an agreement states otherwise. Suppliers must provide accurate commercial, technical, ownership, quality and integrity information; participation does not guarantee selection.
Murabaha facilitation
WatanPlus supports asset sourcing and documentation. Banks and MFIs retain credit, Sharia governance, approval, ownership, contracting and financing decisions. WatanPlus does not promise financing approval.
Responsible conduct
Do not offer improper benefits, misrepresent information, conceal conflicts, evade applicable restrictions or use our systems unlawfully. Environmental, safety, local-content and employment claims require proportionate evidence.

Contact info@watanplus.com or our team with your enquiry or order reference and relevant evidence. Do not send passwords or payment credentials. WatanPlus records the concern and communicates the next review step.
