We process account and contact details, organization information, enquiries, product requirements, delivery addresses, order records, communications and supporting documents to respond to you and carry out agreed work.
Orders and payments
We retain order references, delivery evidence, payment status and transaction references for operations and reconciliation. Online checkout uses the payment provider's secure service. Do not send card details, account passwords or payment credentials to WatanPlus by email or enquiry form.
Private tracking links
A private guest-order link allows access to that order's information. Keep it confidential and share it only with people authorized to act for you. Signed-in access and staff permissions protect other order and operational records.
Documents and due diligence
Supporting procurement, supplier, client and qualification documents are stored privately and accessed through authorized workflows. Where needed for an assignment, we may process identity, ownership, eligibility and integrity evidence. Provide only information relevant to the requested work.
Website operation
Session cookies support sign-in, forms and baskets. Security events and technical request information may be recorded to prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Public product content is separate from private customer and staff records.
